Flux Mail provides permanent mailboxes on the domains: flux-network.xyz. By using the service you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose

The service is intended for receiving and sending mail from permanent addresses on the service domains: signing up on websites, receiving verification codes, testing and personal correspondence.

2. Prohibited

• sending spam, bulk or unsolicited messages, any "cold" mailings;
• phishing, fraud, impersonating another person or organization;
• distributing malware and malicious attachments, including executable files;
• threats, harassment, illegal content and any actions that violate the law;
• attempts to bypass limits or anti-spam checks, or to overload the service;
• reselling access to the service without the administration's approval.

3. Anti-spam and sending limits

All outgoing messages are checked automatically. New accounts have reduced limits and a delay before the first send. The anti-spam system may hold a message for manual review by a moderator, suspend sending for a while or block it completely. Sending and limits may be changed at any time.

4. Storage and privacy

Messages are stored on the server in plain form and are accessible to the service administration. Do not use the service to transmit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. For each mailbox only the last 100 incoming and the last 100 outgoing messages are kept — older ones are deleted automatically. Deleted messages and mailboxes cannot be restored.

5. Account and password

There is no password recovery. If you lose your password, access to the account and its mailboxes cannot be restored. You are responsible for keeping your password and API key safe and for all actions performed from your account.

6. No warranties

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery or receipt of every message, data safety or the absence of errors. The administration is not liable for any losses arising from the use of the service.

7. Blocking

The administration may, without notice or explanation, restrict, suspend or block any account, mailbox or sending of messages, and delete data if it considers that the terms have been violated or it is necessary to protect the service.

8. Changes

The terms may be changed at any time. By continuing to use the service you accept the current version.
